Your time is valuable, and we respect that. Once you've placed your order, our team works diligently to ensure that your MENVEDA products reach you as quickly as possible. 

  • Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery ensures that your order arrives within 5-7 business days, depending on your location. We work with trusted courier partners to deliver your grooming essentials safely and securely.

Hassle-Free Returns 
We want you to love every MENVEDA product you receive, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase because of any manufacturing defect, our returns process is designed to be as simple and stress-free as possible.

  • Easy Returns: If you wish to return a product because it has any manufacturing defect, you can do so within 2 days of delivery. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. 

Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you.

If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back in the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet,etc) within 7 working days of receiving the request from you. 

For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days of requesting a refund.

Cancellation Policy

Your order can only be cancelled if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel, please write to our customer support team care@themenveda.com.

In such cases , the order will be cancelled and the refund shall be processes by us within 7 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
